Terms & Conditions

All accounts submitted by Client to NCS will be in compliance with State, Federal and Local laws and regulations. Placement of accounts by Client for collection will signify Clients acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Client warrants that the balances on all accounts submitted are true and correct.
• Client shall notify NCS immediately of payments, adjustments, and disputes received directly by Client on accounts placed for collection.
• Client will discontinue all billing and collection efforts on accounts placed for collection.
• The fees that NCS charge are set forth under Rates.
