Collection Methods
At NCS we work on a contingency basis only, we have a "no collection, no fee" policy. As soon as we receive the client's request, the account is acknowledged and a personal demand is made at once. Account statuses are reported to all three Credit Reporting Agencies on a monthly basis. A written status report for all accounts is available on a monthly basis and verbal status is provided on demand at any time. All funds received are deposited daily in Client Trust Account. Client authorization is required when accepting settlements or initiating legal action. Collected funds are remitted to clients on a monthly basis.
After an account is listed with NCS and acknowledged the statutory debt validation notice is generated and the debtor is notified by mail. Immediately following the debt validation period, accounts are assigned to our collection associates who initiate debtor contacts. If payment is not forthcoming and assets are located our agency will prepare an assignment for your approval, before we begin litigation. We will advance all court costs to litigate and provide and assist counsel with the necessary information to obtain judgment.

If a debtor relocates outside our area and have ignored our demands we will forward that account to a licensed and bonded affiliate in that jurisdiction. NCS will continue to monitor that referral.
